The Genesis Prana regulator carries forward the GS2000 design tradition, built for dependable breathing and long service life in a wide range of diving conditions.
Its first stage is an environmentally sealed (dry), balanced flow-by piston design with Genesis Dry Air Demand (DAD) internal depth compensation, delivering steady intermediate pressure to the second stage regardless of depth or tank pressure. The sealed spring chamber keeps out contaminants, and no oils or gels are used inside that could leak or add to service costs.
A tee-shaped first stage sits close to the tank, and four low-pressure plus two high-pressure ports give flexible hose routing. Genesis rates the Prana for water above 50°F (10°C), which makes it a natural fit for South Florida diving.
