We completely get it, weather delays arise! Once an order is placed, we set up the logistics and staff, so please understand we are not able to alter or cancel your order right away, however, we do offer credits to be used at another time (within a year).
Should any of our retail item(s) not work out for you, make sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund within 30 days. A 5% restocking fee would apply.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional premium charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
