In the PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course, you'll learn to take underwater photos you're proud to share. Avoid beginner mistakes and shorten the learning curve with tips from the pros, right on Lauderdale-by-the-Sea's colorful shore reefs.
What you'll learn
- Choosing camera settings for underwater shooting
- Composition tips for reef, fish and wreck photos
- Using underwater lights (strobes) and avoiding backscatter
- Enhancing color and editing your images
Prerequisites
- PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification or higher
- Minimum age 10

Gold Coast Scuba is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center just blocks from the beach in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. Living coral reefs start right off the sand, and wrecks like the historic SS Copenhagen are close by, so you train in real South Florida conditions with an experienced PADI Instructor.
